We are so happy with the service provided by the Drain Fixers team!! Our family property has had recurring sewer blocks from external tree roots for decades, and we have had a terrible time with local council (who care more about saving problematic trees than keeping sewers clear and hygenic) and water infrastructure authorities to ever get a permanent solution. Even with comprehensive reports from numerous plumbing contractors (including ones chosen by the water authorities) stating the problem was not on our property and therefore should not be our responsibility or continued expense, the reports continued to be ignored for YEARS. When we noticed the drain was partially blocked again (usually at least once a year), we decided to finally take action and get CCTV evidence of the issue to provide more comprehensive proof to the authorities yet again.  Based on other reviews, we contacted Tim at the Drain Fixers, who was extremely helpful, understanding, and responsive from the first phone contact. Unfortunately, he had heard of plenty of other people who had also had the same experience with councils and those responsible for sewer .  The team quickly arranged for Charlie to attend and clear the partial block and then complete the CCTV process. We received proof and a full report of the issue, detailing who was responsible for payment, our repair options and recommendation, and quotes for each of the sections that fell under private and public land responsibility. They also sent the evidence and assessment to our water authority, requesting they respond and repair their portion ASAP.  Due to many years of previous reports being ignored, we decided to go ahead and have the full drain pipe relined at our expense with the intention of seeking a refund from the water authority (still pending response). We figured there was no point having our section clear while the public portion was still at risk of blockage while we waited for them to respond and/or finally act.  Charlie and Louis attended and completed the relining. Both were highly professional and happy to explain everything, answer questions, and left the site clean.  They are both great representatives of Drain Fixers and took pride in doing a great job! It's such a relief knowing the drain will no longer block and continue to be an ongoing expense, and I don't have to worry about the sewer overflowing every time there is a heavy downpour.  By the way, we still haven't had a response from the water authority...but it's worth mentioning that within a week of having our pipe relined they had to attend further down the road and unblock the pipes, so I guess they are well aware of the issue and are choosing to still offer temporary fixes. Unfortunately for our neighbours, the issue has now become their battle and expense, but I at least know our toilets will not gurgle this winter when I do a load of washing!! 🙂  Thanks again to the Drain Fixers team, I highly recommend them and can't emphasise enough the honesty and integrity they provide their customers!!

Tim and the Team from Drain Fixers were fantastic.  Great service with everything clearly explained.  No hidden extras and clear communication on what was required and when they would attend.  The txt messages advising that they were on their way and when they expected to arrive was fantastic.  The boys were polite, quiet and cleaned up after the job.  Great value for money.
